PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a plasma jet easily reach to the surface portion to be pretreated. SOLUTION: This nozzle is a plasma nozzle for pretreating a surface, in particular. The nozzle has a casing 10 with an opening part 18 to partition a nozzle passage 16 having an axial center A, and actuating gas passes through the nozzle passage 16. The nozzle has an electrode 24 arranged to be coaxial to the nozzle passage 16, and a counter electrode surrounding the nozzle passage 16, and the opening part 18 of the nozzle passage 16 is inclined at a prescribed angle with respect to the axial center A of the nozzle passage 16. |
