PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a card fund management system which enables a card issuing company to determine the fund that is never paid at a payment request since the user loses his or her prepaid card. SOLUTION: This management system is equipped with an electronic prepaid card account which stores the remaining value of an electronic prepaid card P provided with a term X of use validity, an institution arithmetic control means B1 which judges whether or not the term of use validity provided to the prepaid card has elapsed and transfers the remaining value in the case of judging that the term of use validity has been elapsed, and a lapse account which stores the transferred value. |
