<p>The inventive power supply unit can be used for thermal electric power plants combusting various coal of different quality. According to said invention, turbine (7) exhaust gases are removed to a gas pipeline (21). A required gas flow rate supplied to a gas turbine plant is controlled by a control device (26), the remaining gas is pumped to a draw-of gas pipeline (21) through an open armature (27) by means of a pipeline (25), where it is mixed with the exhaust gases received from the gas turbine plant. Said gas mixture is evacuated by means of the pipeline (21) and the open armature (27) to a gas duct (11) of a waste-heat boiler and/or to the molten slag in a gasification chamber (14) through a gas pipeline (23) and gas nozzles (22). The optimal gas flow rate through said gas nozzles is controlled by a control device (24). The gas supplied to the molten slag creates practically ideal heat-mass-exchange conditions in the chamber (14), ensures the contact of all components of said melt including carbon with oxidiser and a constant temperature level, thereby stimulating more efficient coal gasification. Said invention also makes it possible to use the exhaust gases of the gas turbine plant or the heat of a coal-derived gas of the gasification chamber (1) for the slag initial heating in the chamber (14)</p> |
