PURPOSE: An electronic control transmission is provided to improve gear shift performance by a method wherein non- predictable delay is prevented from occurring to operation and release between a clutch and a brake due to unevenness in individually regulated parts since an electromagnetic control valve is collectively situated in one spot of an outer case in a valve housing. CONSTITUTION: An electronic control transmission(40) comprises a microprocessor; and a clutch housing(44) containing an integrally formed electromagnetic control valve(54). The clutch housing contains a valve track member(70) connected to the integrally formed electromagnetic control valve and operably containing a valve element(92) operated thereby; a friction disc pack(52); and a piston actuator(88) on which a pressure is applied by a flow of fluid regulated through operation of the integrally formed electromagnetic control valve according to an electronic control signal from the microprocessor.
