DOMESTIC WATER BATH HAVING STEAMING FUNCTION AND METHOD FOR PREPARING RED GINSENG EXTRACT BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A domestic water bath having a steaming function is provided to improve convenience of user by realizing two functions of steaming and water bath of food while preventing loss of water for the water bath and vapor leakage by sealing a vapor guiding part and a container lid with a sealing element. CONSTITUTION: A domestic water bath(100) having a steaming function includes a main body(110) of a predetermined size provided with a heater(114) at a proper position of a lower part, a heating container(120) mounted in the main body for receiving a predetermined amount of water to heat by the heater of the main body, a supporting plate(122a) formed with a plurality of through holes for steaming food by vapor generated in the heating container by positioning the food on the wafer in the heating container, a vapor condenser(130) communicated with the heating container for collecting vapor generated from the heating container in the process of boiling the food after pouring water in the heating container for the food to be sunk after steaming and drying the food, and a vapor and condensation water guiding element(184) for guiding vapor in the heating container into the vapor condenser and the condensation water in the vapor condenser to the heating container.
