PURPOSE: Provided is a high efficiency electro luminescence polymer, which is excellent in color tuning and is represented by the compound of formula I that has poly(p-phenylenevinylene) as main chain and has phenylsilicon substituted long chain alkyl group as branched chain. CONSTITUTION: The electro luminescence polymer is represented by the compound of formula I that has poly(p-phenylenevinylene) as main chain and has phenylsilicon substituted long chain alkyl group as branched chain. In the formula I, R1, R2 and R3 is independently long chain aliphatic alkyl of (CH2)nCH3(n is integer of 0-12), branched alkyl of CH2(CH2)aCH(CH2)bCH3CH(CH3)2(a is integer of 0-5 and b is integer of 0-10) or fluorinated alkyl group(n is integer 0-12).
