PURPOSE: A removal apparatus for oil spilled to water surface is provided to separate the sucked oil and water effectively by keeping the location of a suction part under water regardless of changes of sucking force of a suction part. CONSTITUTION: A removal apparatus for oil spilled to water surface comprises a suction part (10) comprising a funnel-shaped suction panel (11) having a suction hole (12) on the center and several negative pressure apparatuses (13) installed perpendicularly around the suction panel (11), a suction hose (17) connected to an oil separating part, and the oil separating part coupled to the suction hole (12) and sectioned to an oil separating tank, an oil storage tank, a water storage tank by a horizontal partition wall and a vertical partition wall through a water pump, wherein a valve (14) is installed on the top of the negative pressure apparatus (13) to control the deflation of air.
