PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the notion transmission of application independent from language by allowing a language module to specify a notion common to plural languages to generate the expression of the notion in response to a request for specifying a language expressing the notion. SOLUTION: In a server 100, at the time of deciding a notion to be transmitted to a user, an application software 114 requests a runtime language module 116 to provide the correct expression of a notion for properly transmitting information on it through a runtime API 113. For example, the application 114 requests the module 116 to express a specific notion, the module 116 supplies a response through the API 113. This response is obtained by listing the sequence of a small part identifier in a sound database 117. This is retrieved from the database 117 through a platform software 112, and made to be sound in a designated order to transmit a proper announce. |
