PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce interruption due to excess of the capacity of a distribution breaker by deciding whether new electric equipment can be added to distribution lines, and controlling the breaker based on the result of the decision. SOLUTION: A distribution controller means 9a is fed with a contract power demand from a contract power demand input means 4, and then with power consumption of the entire system from a wattmeter 5a. The entered power consumption of the entire system is compared with the contract power demand to decide to what extent leeway is allowed. Further, whether electric equipment 1d can be added is decided by an addition deciding means 8. When addition is decided as being possible, the electric equipment 1d is enabled. When addition is decided as being impossible, the electric equipment 1d is not supplied with power and is disabled, and control is exercised to change the combination of distribution breakers 3. |
