<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture distributing device which supplements random access to media. SOLUTION: The device is provided with picture storage media 12-1 to 12-k, which store picture data, data storage memories prior to reproduction 14-14-1 to 14-m, which store picture data read from the media 12-1 to 12-k in order to prepare outputting for reproducing, data storage memories after reproduction 15-1 to 15-m, which store picture data outputted from the memories 14-1 to 14-m for reproducing, and a memory control means 11 which shift controls picture data in the memories 14-1 to 14-m and 15-1 to 15-m.</p> |
