PURPOSE: A device for implementing an OSD(on screen display) of a FPD(flat panel display) TV with monitor function is provided to process caption OSD signal in real time through an image processing part in case OSD signal is caption OSD signal. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate frequency processing part(10) processes TV signal received from an antenna, and outputs CVBS(composite video baseband signal) signal. An image processing part(20) processes the CVBS signal outputted from the intermediate frequency processing part(10) to analog R/G/B signal. A PC signal outputting part(30) outputs PC R/G/B signal supplied from a PC. An image switching part(40) selects the TV signal outputted from the image processing part(20) or the PC signal outputted from the PC signal outputting part(30) under control of the a micom(80). An A/D converting part(50) converts the signal selected by the image switching part(40) to digital signal. A zoom scaler part(60) transforms the digital signal outputted from the A/D converting part(50) to a specific signal format fitting a FPD(flat panel display) part(70). A FPD part(70) displays digital signal transformed to the specific signal format by the zoom scaler part(60). A micom(80) controls each part of a system, and outputs OSD information. An OSD generator(90) transforms OSD signal to the signal format fitting the FPD part(70). |
