PURPOSE: A prefabricated culvert equipment is provided to simplify the assembling works of culvert units. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated culvert equipment having many culvert units (10) which are connected continuously and form a tubular utility line comprises; a male fastening member (40) which is projected from one side of a culvert unit (10) and has a hook part (41) which can be elastic crosswise of the projected direction by a cut-open groove (44) formed along the projected direction; a female fastening member (30) which is subsided on an end of another culvert unit (10) and comprises a hook holding part (34) where the hook part (41) is received.
