PURPOSE: An impact absorbing-buffing apparatus is provided to absorb and buff shock power occurred on a clash by tensile force of wire rod and frictional force between a slide member and a guide rail, to minimize the extent of passengers' wound by dispersing and alleviating the shock power occurred on a clash by retarding a clash until a wire rod is cut, and to be capable of using an impact absorbing-buffing member continuously by replacing a partial damaged component such as a damaged wire rod or an impact member. CONSTITUTION: An impact absorbing-buffing apparatus comprises a guide rail (10) extended and widened gradually backward from the front, a slide member (20) reached to the upper surface of the guide rail (10) to be slidable, a wire rod (30) whose both ends are coupled, fastened respectively to both sides of the slide member (20) to absorb and buff shock power, a bearing member (40) fastened to the upper surface of the slide member (20) and provided with a holding plate (46) bent on the front, and an impact absorbing-buffing member (2) comprising an impact member (50) coupled to the holding plate (46) of the supporting member (40) and slid from side to side.
