An information processor with a disk device capable of easily mounting a dis k on a disk tray irrespective of whether the device is set horizontal or vertical. The processor includes a disk device having a disk tray (101) for mounting a disk-shaped recording medium, and a reproducing section adapted t o draw in the disk tray having a recording medium mounted thereon and to reproduce the recording medium. The disk tray (101) has a recess (501) with a circular outer periphery for mounting a recording medium, and a support memb er (505) extending inward from the outer periphery of the recess (501) to hold the peripheral edge of the recording medium. The edge of the support member (505) is a curve extending along the outer periphery of the recess (501).
