PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for manufacturing a flexible hose for high pressure is provided to maximize qualities of the flexible hose by integrally forming spiral protrusions and grooves. CONSTITUTION: A ring(50) having an inclined hole(51) and a horizontal hole(52) is inserted into front of a mandrel(11) in a hose forming mold(10). A conical body(60) has a guide hole(61) in the inner periphery of the inclined hole(51) and a spiral line(62) in the outer periphery of the inclined hole(51). A guide pipe(15) and the conical body(60) are screwed or integral. The guide pipe(15) is rotatably coupled with a rotary pulley(31) at the outside of the mandrel(11). The endless wheels are installed as the protrusions are contacted with the outer periphery of an outline at a certain depth.
