METHOD FOR IMPROVING PERMEABILITY DURING OPERATION OF MOLTEN PIG IRON USING PELLET ORE

PURPOSE: A method for improving permeability during operation of molten pig iron using pellet ore is provided to improve permeability by securing air flow in a blast furnace during operation of molten pig iron using pellet iron in a blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: A method for improving permeability during operation of molten pig iron (13) using pellet ore (25) in a blast furnace (10) comprises the processes of the first process in which nut coke (24) is stored into an eighth weighing hopper (52); the second process in which the pellet ore (25) screened from a screen (51) is stored on top of the nut coke (24) of the eighth weighing hopper (52); the third process in which a raw material PLC discharges an ore large surge hopper (33), discharging of each weighing hoppers is set in the ore large surge hopper, wherein a charged material of the eighth weighing hopper (52) among them is discharged first priority so as to be stored bottom of the ore large surge hopper (33); the fourth process in which the raw material PLC discharges the charged material of the ore large surge hopper (33) first on a belt conveyor (20); the fifth process in which a certain groove is formed on middle part of front end of terrace by decreasing 2 notch rotations of last notch front end than rotations of an other normal notch, and rotations of first notch is decreased so that breakdown of coke or mix of coke (21) and ore large (22) is prevented.
