The device has two right and left lateral symmetrical panels to be positioned vertically between an upper part of a board and a lower edge of a raised hood. An inner face of the upper part of the board forms an edge (17) to hold a support on an inner metal framework. A number of angle units (14) are fixed on the lower part of the panels and hold the support on the inner face of side racks.
