The use of peptide(s) (I), containing 3-9 aminoacids and including the arginine-glycine-serine moiety, as active agents in cosmetic, dermatological and/or pharmaceutical compositions (A) is new. The use of peptide(s) of formula (AA)n-Arg-Gly-Ser-(AA)n (I) is claimed as active agents in (or in the preparation of) cosmetic, dermatological and/or pharmaceutical compositions (A). AA = aminoacid or its derivative (specifically where a terminal amino group is acetylated or otherwise acylated and/or a terminal carboxy group is amidated or esterified); n = 0-3. An Independent claim is also included for the cosmetic, dermatological and/or pharmaceutical compositions (A), comprising a suitable medium containing at least one of the peptides (I).
