BRACKET INSTALLATION STRUCTURE FOR FIXING EXHAUST PIPE OF VEHICLE

PURPOSE: Bracket installation structure is provided to reduce the working process by the reduction of combination components, and to isolate the vibration of the bracket by integrating two washers having bushings and by improving the insulation. CONSTITUTION: Bushings(111) are integrally installed in the both sides of a body(110) and a washer(100) having a reinforcing rib is mounted in the front face of the body. Insulations(200) are mounted in the upper part and the lower part of a bracket(400). The working process is reduced and the operation efficiency is improved by the reduction of components to fix the bracket on a transmission(500). The vibration of the bracket transmitted to the transmission is attenuated by the insulation contacting with the upper face of the body, the lower face of the bracket, the upper face of the bracket and the lower face of the transmission.
