PURPOSE: A bead glass fusing apparatus of an electron gun is provided to avoid non-uniformity of fusion and quality in bead glass fusion and accomplish automation to improve quality and productivity. CONSTITUTION: A bead glass fusing apparatus comprises a jig alignment unit, a bead glass supplying unit, a heating unit, and a transporting unit. The jig alignment unit includes a stopper for stopping a palette(3) on a conveyer(2), an accepting element(3a) for accepting a jig(J), and a cylinder for supporting and centering the accepting element(3a) in a stop guide(5). The bead glass supplying unit supplies a bead glass from a magazine(22) for storing and outputting sequentially many bead glasses to the absorb holder(12) continuously and automatically. The heating unit heats the bead glass until half of the bead glass is melted. After heated, the bead glass is moved and pressed toward the jig(J) by the transporting unit.
