PURPOSE: Method and device for manufacturing a fine wire are provided to secure uniform mechanical features of a manufactured wire, reduce a manufacturing cost, and decrease a generation of noxious articles. CONSTITUTION: A furnace system comprises a furnace chamber containing a heat distribution block designed for uniform wire heating. A cooling system comprises a fluidization chamber containing a flowable material such as sand, a fluid feeder for feeding a fluidizing fluid into the fluidization chamber and an electromagnetic wave radiation device for heating the flowable material in the fluidization chamber. A wire is heated to about 800 to 1,000°C in the first furnace device(10). The heated wire is cooled to about 400 to 600°C in the first cooling device(20). The wire is kept at the temperature of 400 to 600°C in the second furnace device(30). And, the wire is cooled to the normal temperature in the second cooling device(40).
