MATERIAL FOR PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL AND GLASS POWDER

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a material to plasma display panel unlikely to turn into yellow originating from a reaction with an Ag electrode and favorable to form a dielectric substance layer. CONSTITUTION: A material for a plasma display panel contains glass powder whose PbO content is below 50 wt.%, and is used to form the dielectric substance layer of plasma display panel, wherein the glass contains CuO as inevitable constituent element. It is preferable that the glass powder consists of a glass containing 0.01-20% CuO.
