PURPOSE: A support frames for a flat panel display or a probe block is provided to properly cope with flat panel displays different in their sizes in an inspection device. CONSTITUTION: Upper and lower cross frame plates(2, 3) and left and right vertical frame plates(4, 5) forming a support frame body(1) for a flat panel display(7) or a probe block are assembled, to independently move vertically or laterally respectively with respect to one-end frame plates in the respective frame plates(2, 3, 4, 5), and to move vertically or laterally together, so as to expand or contract a window(6) formed by the respective frame plates(2, 3, 4, 5). The flat panel display panel(7) or the probe block pressure-contacting with an electrode pad arranged along the side edge part of the display(7) is supported by the upper and lower cross frame plates(2, 3) and the left and right vertical frame plates(4, 5) faced to the expanded or contracted window(6).
