PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable transfer to be simplified by a method wherein a specific number of tray mounting parts are moved all together, and trays are loaded onto or unloaded from one section selected out of an empty tray feed section, a part transfer section, and a transferred tray housing section provided on a pedestal in a transfer mechanism. SOLUTION: A transfer mechanism 50 is equipped with two tray mounting sections 52 and 54 where trays 100 are placed and a movement drive section which moves the tray mounting sections 52 and 54 all together. The tray mounting sections 52 and 54 are moved together, and the tray mounting section 52 out of them receives the lowermost empty tray 100 of an empty tray feed section 10, and the other tray mounting section 54 receives the transferred trays 100 of a part transfer section 10B. By this constitution, two types of tray transfer operations can be carried out in parallel to a pedestal 10, so that the part transfer tray 100 can be more easily transferred through this method than a usual method where a transfer operation is carried out for each tray. |
