<p>The invention concerns a device for locking/unlocking a waste collecting container enabling to lock/unlock automatically, by gravity, the lid (2) of the container (1) at the level of the bin (4) of the container. Said device comprises a pivoting part (8) fixed in articulation on the inside face of the lid, and comprising: a lever (8d) including a hook (9) to be engaged in an orifice (13) of the bin; an arm (8b) urged to be engaged with a hook (7c) of an articulated bent part (7). Means are provided so that when the container (1) is tilted, it causes the bent part (7) to pivot through the effect of gravity, then the pivoting part (8) which has been released from the hook (7c) swivels towards an unlocking position. The invention also concerns a container equipped with such a locking/unlocking device.</p> |
