PURPOSE: Provided is a method and a system by which spread control of personal information such as position information of a subscriber in a radio network system is established. CONSTITUTION: An enhanced technology to exchange sensitive information between a client unit(100) and a server unit(120) is disclosed. Exchange, use and property of released sensitive information are controlled between correct parties, that is, between the client unit(100) and a contents server under consent of one or mere privacies. A proxy server(108) can be used to establish the privacy consent with the contents server (service provider).
