PURPOSE: A method for generating an alarm in a BSM(Base Station Manager) of a mobile communication system is provided to display a detailed alarm list relating to a device, in which an operator request event is generated, through an alarm screen, by using a pop-up menu system when the operator request event is generated while the BSM is operated. Therefore, a combined interface for supplying every information with one alarm screen is performed. CONSTITUTION: If an operation event for clicking a right button of a mouse is generated in a device graphic position on an alarm screen of a BSM(Base Station Manager)(S1), the BSM perceives whether a present state is a log-in state(S2). If so, the BSM opens a resource file for collecting command information, to generate command execution menus(S3), and searches a corresponding device name to read command information(S4). The BSM generates the command execution menus according to sorts, by using the read command information(S5). The BSM receives alarm list information relating to a corresponding device in real time(S6), and configures a label relating to the alarm list information(S7). If a pop-up screen composed of a detailed alarm list and the command execution menus is configured, the pop-up screen is displayed(S8). The BSM periodically receives the alarm list information during the pop-up screen display, and updates a label color of the alarm list information, when an alarm rank is changed. If a user clicks other part of the pop-up screen with the mouse, or does other operation, the pop-up screen is closed up(S9). Every button and every label of the pop-up screen are removed in a memory to be cancelled.
