<p>Disclosed are novel chalcone derivatives having Formula (I). The compounds possess antiproliferative activity, and are useful for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment or prevention of neoplasms, particularly those located in the uterus, ovary or breast. The compounds of the invention may also be useful in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment or prevention of menopausal disorders and osteoporosis.</p> |
