The vehicle has a retractable anchoring system and multiple electricity production systems for producing electricity to recharge electrical batteries. Each production system constitutes a turbine associated to a divergent (16) and a generator. The production systems are supplied with electricity by the battery to propel the craft. The anchoring system is installed below thrust axis of the production system.
