PURPOSE: A fatigue testing device for a transmission manipulation element for a vehicle is provided to apply a uniform force by a rod cell in view of the force applied to a transmission of a real vehicle and directly controlling the stroke of a shift fork to control almost same degree of displacement in the real vehicle, thereby carrying out the fatigue test precisely under the same condition with the real vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A fatigue testing device for a transmission manipulation element for a vehicle includes a transmission manipulation element having a transmission lever(2), a control rod(30) connected to the transmission lever, a shift rod(12) connected between the control rod and a shift fork(42), and a select rod(14), a rod cell(32) mounted at a side of the control rod of the transmission manipulation element for generating force to be applied to the element, and a jig(40) mounted at a lower part of an upper case(38) of a gear shift mounted with the shift fork and formed with a hole of a predetermined size to be inserted by the shift fork to control the stroke of the shift fork.
