VIBRATION/TEMPERATURE COMPOSITE SENSOR

PURPOSE: A composite sensor for measuring both of vibration and temperature is provided to compositely detect vibration and temperature by the action of a temperature detecting IC provided on a hybrid IC, thereby achieving precise detection while maintaining the structure and appearance of existing sensors. CONSTITUTION: A composite sensor for measuring both of vibration and temperature includes an IC(12) for measuring temperature adhered on a rear surface of an aluminium board(Al2O3;11) to detect and output a temperature of a piezo electric element, wherein resistance components of the temperature detecting IC is changed according to temperature, and a current is changed by a constant voltage source applied from the outside and differently amplified by an external circuit, so that the temperature of the piezo electric element in a current sensor is detected. A detection signal is quantified and transmitted to the outside or an upper grade processor via a display(20) or an A/D converter.
