PURPOSE: A table having a function as a picture frame is provided, which can be utilized for indoor decoration by hanging on an indoor wall usually and for a simple table when receiving visitors. CONSTITUTION: A table having a function as a picture frame comprises; a plate part (10) which comprises a rectangular frame body (10), a transparent plate (13) attached in a rectangular frame body (11) through a front fitting groove (11a), a rear plate (14) connected to the rear of the frame body (11) to be separable, and a rack (12) on an appointed point of the frame body (11) to hang on a wall; a decorating part (20) which comprises patterns (21), a decorating plate (22) placed on the rear of the patterns (21) and is interposed to the plate part (10) to replace ornaments on occasion, wherein a handle (23a) of a decorating fan (23) is inserted into a bearing (22a) attached on the decorating part (20); a foldable leg part (30) on the rear surface of the plate part (10) in every appointed points, wherein the leg part (30) is stretched to use as a table, and the leg part (30) is folded to minimize the volume and hung on an indoor wall with a rack (12) to utilize for decoration.
