PURPOSE: A stacked body for forming a pattern is provided to form finely a pattern by laminating particular photoresist coating layers to form a stacked body. CONSTITUTION: A negative type or a positive type ultraviolet photoresist resin coating layer is formed on a surface of a base material. A stacked body is formed by laminating a sheet layer for transmitting the ultraviolet ray and a sensitive energy line coating layer thereon. The ultraviolet photoresist resin coating layer is formed with a coating rein composition including an ultraviolet thermosetting resin and a photo-radical initiator.
