PURPOSE: A combination water recycler and toilet bowl apparatus is provided to economize on tap water by utilizing the drained water after washing up to wash excrement in a toilet bowl, and to reduce the costs required for sewage disposal and to protect environment by reducing the quantity of sewage flowed in a river or a sewage disposal plant. CONSTITUTION: A combination water recycler and toilet bowl apparatus comprises; a toilet bowl (8) which holds urine and feces; a primary water tank (3) with a drainpipe (1') of a washstand (1) for the inflow of the water used for washing up and an overflow pipe (4) installed on the upper part to prevent the overflow of the flowed water; a connection pipe (9) whose upper end is connected to the lower surface of the primary water tank (3) to discharge the stored water in the primary water tank (3); a secondary water tank (2) which is installed downward from the primary water tank (3) and comprises a discharge pipe (7) installed on the lower surface to discharge the stored water to the toilet bowl (8); a primary buoyancy valve (5) installed to the inside of the secondary water tank (2) and connected with the lower end of the connection pipe (9) to be supplied water from the primary water tank (3); a secondary buoyancy valve (11) installed to the inside of the secondary water tank (2) and connected to a water pipe to supply tap water; a discharge valve (12) installed on a way in of the discharge pipe (7) of the secondary water tank (2); a discharge switch (6) installed outward from the secondary water tank (2) and connected to the discharge valve (12) to switch on/off the discharge valve (12).
