摘要 PURPOSE: A circuit of reducing EMI(Electronic Magnetic Interference) for a semiconductor apparatus is provided to reduce EMI caused by the effect of spectrum diffusion by producing an output signal with a varied pulse width. CONSTITUTION: In a circuit reducing EMI, a divider(10) produces a divided clock signal(CLKD) by dividing an externally input signal(CLK) by a preset division factor. A level shifter(20) increases the pulse width of voltage of the divided signal(CLKD). First and second filters(30,40) filter the width-increased divided signal from the level shifter(20). The first output driver(50) produces the input signal(CLK) as the first output signal(OUT1). The second output driver(60) produces the signal filtered through the filters(30,40) as the second output signal(OUT2). Thereby, EMI by a spectrum diffusion effect decreases by producing a varied pulse width output(OUT2).
