EXCHANGE SYSTEM FOR TRANSFERRING MESSAGES AND MESSAGE TRANSFER METHOD USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: The exchange system for transferring messages and a message transfer method using thereof are provided to store a message for a client, who stays at a hotel or a motel, in the computer of a front desk connected with an exchange so that the message can automatically be displayed through the computer and transferred to the client in case that a message confirmation signal is requested from the client. CONSTITUTION: The exchange system for transferring messages receives a message to be transferred to a client staying at a hotel from the external(S100). The exchange system stores the received message in the storage part of a computer(S200). The exchange system judges whether a confirmation request signal for the message is received from the client(S300). In case that the confirmation request signal is received at a front desk telephone, the exchange system pops ups and displays the message on the display part of the computer(S400). The contents of the message popped up on the display part of the computer are transferred to the client by a clerk in the front desk(S500).
