PURPOSE: The method for multimedia counsel service is provided to go on counsel while reviewing the data simultaneously by connecting a counselor with a counsel request. CONSTITUTION: The mmethod for multimedia counsel service comprises the following steps. The counsel requester connects to the data server(301), refers the data(302), and asks the counsel in need(303). If no counsel request, the counselor checks if receiving the counsel request(305). If no reception, the counselor continues to refer the data(302). If yes counsel request, the counsel requester tries to connect with the counselor by building a new channel(304). If the connection is a success, the counsel goes on(307). After finishing the counsel, the counsel requester can refer the new data(302). Even if the connection is a failure, the counsel requester can refer the new data(302).
