The arrangement uses a mole for driving forward the cleaning element such as an ultrasound cleaning element. The mole comprises a selectable number of disc-like sealing elements (2,5) arranged in succession and coupled together with fixing spacing by means of ball joints. The ball joints are housed in disc like elastic support discs set between the sealing elements. The outer diameter of the discs is smaller than the outer diameter of the sealing elements.
