摘要

A novel gene undergoing significantly lowered expression after the pollen scattering has been successfully isolated by preparing T cells from the subjects before and after the pollen-scattering season and searching the gene by the differential display method. It is found out that this gene is usable in examining allergic diseases and screening candidate compounds for remedies capable of regulating the response of T cells to the stimulus by an antigen.
