<p>The invention relates to an assembly comprising at least two contacting members, which are movable in relation to each other. According to the invention at least one member is a ceramic member formed from a base material based on aluminium, zirconium or silicon, comprising an inclusion reducing the superplastic temperature, or an inclusion which after sintering has a hardness of 7 or less on the scale of Mohs. A suitable inclusion is, for example, copper oxide. In this manner an assembly is provided having a reduced friction coefficient. The invention further relates to a method for manufacturing a ceramic material and to a use for the defined inclusion for the manufacture of low-friction ceramic material.</p> |
