PURPOSE: A device for curing UV(ultraviolet)-curable resin layer is provided to perform a uniform exposure of a UV-curable resin layer by arranging a rectilinear UV radiation source at an angle of 0-90 degree to a plane. CONSTITUTION: A rotating unit(1) supports a disc-type record carrier(2) and rotates the disc-type record carrier(2) on a plane(A). A rectilinear UV radiation source(7) emits a UV ray to a UV-curable resin layer(5) and is arranged radially about the disc-type record carrier(2). The rectilinear UV radiation source(7) corresponds to the disc-type record carrier(2) and is arranged past a distance from a center toward a corner of the disc-type record carrier(2). The rectilinear UV radiation source(7) is arranged at an angle of 0-90 degree to the plane(A).
