PURPOSE: A headlamp for automobile is provided to have no clearance between a movable reflector and other reflector. CONSTITUTION: Separating edges(21, 31) of a fixed reflector(2) and a movable reflector(3) are provided with shield flanges(22, 32) wider than the movement area of the movable reflector(3). As a result, the separating edges(21, 31) of the fixed reflector and the movable reflector(3) and the shield flanges(22, 32) always result in overlapping with each other, because the shield flanges(22, 32) are winder than the movement range of the movable reflector(3). With this structure even if the movable reflector(3) is moved, a space between the fixed reflector(2) and the movable reflector(3) is shielded by the shield flanges(22, 32) causing no clearance in the space.
