摘要 PURPOSE: A preparation method of artificial porous Ti-Ni bone and a device thereof are provided. The artificial bone, which is suitable for bone loss portion of patient, shows desirable mechanical properties and biological adaptation efficiency by high-temperature auto synthesis. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing artificial porous Ti-Ni bone comprises the steps: drying titanium(Ti) and nickel(Ni) crude powders at vacuum state to minimize amount of gas generated at synthetic reaction; and dry mixing the dried powders uniformly in atom weight ratio of 1:1. The mixture is compressed within a cylindrical quartz tube to form a molded powder. The formed powder is placed into a reaction furnace to react and produce Ti-Ni products by high-temperature auto synthesis and then, the product is subsequently cooled and purified by removing impurities from the surface of the product.
