PURPOSE: A nut having a spring for preventing unfastening is provided to prevent the natural unfastening of the nut by positioning a coil spring in the nut to be coupled with a spiral part formed in the nut and simplify the manufacturing process of the nut for mass-producing of the nut. CONSTITUTION: A nut with an unfastening prevention spring includes a nut(110) formed with a spiral part(111) on an inner peripheral surface and spring fixing grooves(113) at an end, and a coil spring(130) to be coupled with the spiral part of the nut and having a fixing part(13) folded by a predetermined distance at an end to be fixed in the spring fixing groove of the nut, while the other end is freely inserted in the spiral part, wherein the coil spring is formed with a sectional shape corresponding to the spiral part.
