CIRCULATING LINEAR FEEDER

PURPOSE: A circulating linear feeder is provided to supply parts stably by circulating the parts without changing the amount of the parts, in the circulating linear feeder consisting of two linear vibrating feeders and supplying the aligned parts to the next process so as to be circulated. CONSTITUTION: A main trough(21) for aligning and supplying parts transfers the amount of parts restricted by a guide groove(25) for alignment in a transferring surface on an outer periphery so that the parts may be supplied at a prescribed supplying speed, supplies the amount of parts meeting it from the transferring surface(64a) on the outer periphery of a return trough(61) through a transferring surface(64b), and circulates the remaining parts T on a path from the transferring surface(64c) on the inner periphery of the return trough(61) to the transferring surface(64a) on the main trough(21), and to the transferring surface(24c) on the inner periphery. To stabilize this circulating system, the main trough(21) controls its amplitude and vibrates at 300 Hz and return trough(61) at 120 Hz respectively.
