PURPOSE: A thin film mother-of-pearl sheet work is provided to ensure excellent design adaptability and workability while obtaining a precise and clean dissection surface by using a synthetic resin solution coating or a synthetic resin film stacking. CONSTITUTION: The thin film mother-of-pearl sheet(10a) of a thin film mother-of-pearl sheet work(10) has a thickness of 0.2 to 0.5mm and is buried under the surface of a finger board(20). The sheet(10a) is integrally coated or stacked with a transparent synthetic resin(10b) having a certain thickness in the front surface and the rear surface. When the thin film mother-of-pearl sheet work(10) is surface burnished to have a certain curvature, only the synthetic resin(10b) is burnished while leaving the thin film mother-of-pearl sheet(10a) untouched.
