PURPOSE: A heating/cooling device for a vehicle is provided to keep humidity of an indoor space regular by supplying the proper amount of cold/hot air to the indoor space and to raise the humidity when indoor air of a vehicle is dry in winter. CONSTITUTION: A humidifier(7) having a water level senor(9) is mounted, and a feed pipe(10) is provided to the humidifier. The feed pipe is connected with a discharge port(11). A humidity sensor(12) is set in a vehicle to control the humidifier. A heating/cooling device includes the humidifier for keeping humidity of the indoor space of a vehicle regular. Therefore, the heating/cooling device keeps the humidity of the indoor space regular all the times while the vehicle is traveling in winter or summer. The humidifier is driven by each sensor and prevented from overheating to supply the proper amount of humidifying vapor. Thus, the heating/cooling device always keeps the indoor space of the vehicle pleasant.
