PURPOSE: An exchanging device for drain valves for a tank for storing grinding oil is provided to separate and exchange drain valves mounted in an underground pit in which a working space is limited and prevent safety accidents such as collision against walls or contraction in the process of conveying heavy drain valves into or from the underground pit. CONSTITUTION: An exchanging device for drain valves for a tank for storing grinding oil includes a main body(10) mounted at a lower part of a drain valve to move along the guide of a guide rail(12) as a screw shaft(11) rotates, and a maintenance die(70) for maintaining respective drain valves precautionarily and having a valve catching element(20) mounted at an upper part of the main body for fixing the drain valve, manipulation elements(30) for fastening and releasing a bolt and a nut of flanges, an adhesive coating element(40) for coating an adhesive to the flanges, gasket attaching elements(50) for attaching a gasket to the flanges, and setting elements(60) for setting the gasket in the gasket attaching element.
