PURPOSE: Plastic products and process for making plastic products are provided to enhance the marketability of products according to preference change of consumer by forming, partially or entirely, corrosion-like state on the surface of products having plastic cover(housing) such as pager, PCS phones and the like. CONSTITUTION: A process comprises the steps of :(a) forming the printing layer(3) of desired pattern on backside of hard coating film(1); (b) forming UV ink layer(2) of desired pattern on the frontside of hard coating film; (c) drying the film from step(c) to induce corrosion-like state in only parts coated with ink layer(2); and (d) coating the film with corrosion-like state in the constant size and injection molding the film. The plastics thus obtained have corrosion-like state(4) on their surface partially or entirely.
