发明名称 GENE DELIVERY SYSTEM HAVING TISSUE SPECIFICITY
摘要 PURPOSE: A gene delivery system having tissue specificity is provided which specifically carries the genes to hepatocyte which are expressed and secreted without being dissolved by lysozome within a cell. CONSTITUTION: Provided is a tissue-specific gene delivery system which has a peptide structure like polylysine-luciferase DNA-galactose-bovine serum albumin and which also has hepatocyte-specificity. The weight ratio of polylysine:luciferase DNA:galactose-bovine serum albumin:peptide of the sequence no.1 is 0.5:1:1:0.2 and 1:1:5:1 in the delivery system. DNA density of luciferase is 0.5-5 mg/ml and DNA purity ranges from 15 to 100%. And a molar ratio of albumin to galactose is 1:25 in the galactose-bovine serum albumin structure. The delivery system is useful in inserting genes into a hepatocyte so that various ailments of people like hepatoma and hepatitis can be effectively treated by using polylysine-luciferase DNA-galactose-bovine serum albumin peptide.
